By my early 30s, I had checked every box of “success”: a $160K salary, a home, and stamps from all 7 continents. From the outside, I looked like I was thriving.
But inside, I was burnt out, disconnected, and running on a nervous system that never got to rest. The clearest warning sign wasn’t the stress — it was the silence. As an artist, I had lost all desire to create.
The turning point came when I realized my worth wasn’t tied to my productivity, paycheck, or ability to hold it all together. Life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured.
So I chose myself — and walked away from the version of success I had been taught to chase. In the process, I began a new kind of work: reclaiming my voice, my body, and my authority over my own life.

But on the inside, I was exhausted, burnt out, and running on a dysregulated nervous system. As a performing singer-songwriter, the clearest warning sign wasn’t the stress — it was the silence. I had lost all desire to create. I was functioning, even excelling, while feeling completely disconnected from my own life.
The turning point came when I realized my worth was not tied to my productivity, paycheck, or ability to keep it all together for everyone else. Life is meant to be enjoyed, not endured. Choosing myself — even when it scared me — was the only way forward.
I walked away from the version of success I had been taught to chase and began a different kind of work: reclaiming my self-worth, my voice, and my authority over my own life.
To heal, I became my own first client. I spent 3.5 months in intensive study, diving deep into Human Design and Vagus Nerve Theory, layering them onto my background in Board-Certified Music Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and the neuroscience of stress and resilience.
Through that integration, I regained my agency, restored my nervous system, and reconnected with the part of me that creates, leads, and lives with intention.
I had everything I thought I wanted — and I was miserable.
My mission is to teach people how to protect their energy, rebuild their self-worth, and lead themselves with clarity so they can live abundantly, authentically, and with joy.

We live in a world that conditions us to mute our pain, perform for approval, and measure our worth by output. I’ve learned — through my own burnout and reclamation — that our true power begins when we protect our energy, reclaim our voice, and lead ourselves with clarity and courage.
My mission is simple: to teach others how to do the same. To stop surviving on autopilot, and start living abundantly, authentically, and full of joy.

I’ve lived this work myself — using Human Design, vagus nerve theory, and music therapy to recover from burnout, restore my nervous system, and reclaim my voice, my body, and my creativity. Because I’ve embodied the transformation, I can guide you through it too.
